Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

SINGLES:

Orders are shipped via PUDO every 3-4 days. 

Collection orders are dropped off every Saturday (Sword & Board) and every Sunday (Pandemonium Games).

If you require your order shipped or collected in another way, add a note to your order and specify. We'll do our best to accommodate your request.​

Orders shipped via courier are at your own risk. However, if an order is sent to the wrong address, packaged incorrectly, or is otherwise our fault, we'll make it right. We can't cover shipments that're lost, stolen in transit, or otherwise disrupted/damaged in transit. Please reach out directly to your chosen courier should there be an issue with your delivery. 

Return & Exchange Policy

SINGLES:

Due to the fluid nature of TCG singles, we currently do not offer returns or exchanges for singles. However, if your order is not correct, or you're unhappy with the condition of your cards, please reach out within 72 hours of receiving your order and we'll make it right.

IMPORTS:

We do not offer returns or exchanges for imported cards. Once your import order is placed and the invoice is paid, we cannot cancel or refund the order. We'll verify the cards before we ship them to you, but if you're not happy with the condition of your imported order, let us know with 72 hours and we'll make it right.
